No Automatic Right of Refund Because our products are digital content (audio recordings) that are capable of being downloaded or streamed immediately, you acknowledge that:

  1. You consent to the immediate delivery of the content.
  2. You waive your right to the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Therefore, all sales of digital recordings are final and non-refundable once the download or stream has commenced.

Faulty Goods If the digital file you receive is damaged, corrupted, or does not play (and the issue is not caused by your device or internet connection), you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.
